A modern take on a classic Australian dry gin, this contemporary release balances bold juniper character with delicate florals and vibrant colour. Pouring a deep indigo in the glass, it transforms through violet to a soft pink when mixed with tonic or citrus, creating a striking serve as memorable as its flavour.

Crafted with a carefully selected blend of botanicals including juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, red rose petals, hibiscus, rosehip granules and butterfly pea flower, the gin opens with a juniper-forward aroma layered with bright spice and subtle floral lift. Hints of rose, hibiscus and gentle earthy undertones add depth and complexity.

On the palate, classic dry gin structure leads into smooth, rounded florals, light tart fruit and a touch of sweetness. A delicate herbal tea-like note carries through the mid-palate, adding balance without overpowering the spirit’s clean profile.

Once we have dispatched your parcel you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to access Australia Post's tracking system. There you can see where your order is now, and when it is due to arrive.

RETURNS

Should you make an error when ordering online, Baxter Vodka will refund your item up to 15 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Please email us to initiate your return at orders@baxtervodka.com.au

You are responsible for the additional postage charges. Baxter Vodka is not liable for any product damaged in transit by the freight company.

When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will process your refund back on the card you paid with. Refunds may take up to 3 business days.
